The Vectra is designed so the smaller rider can get rolling on standard 20" wheels. The Vectra's custom frame is made from lightweight aluminum and features a shorter, 19" sloping top tube that creates a lower stand over height to accommodate shorter riders. Combined with 8.25" rise bars, a 40mm length stem, and it's scaled down geometry, the Verde Vectra is sure to get the smaller rider rolling.
